William Revene is an infrastructure and energy finance executive and founder of PrismDC, Infinity Roots Development, and CR Community Solar— platforms focused on advancing next-generation data center and sustainable infrastructure development. Today, William focuses on data center development and energy-integrated infrastructure, leveraging his background in power markets and renewables to design resilient, scalable digital infrastructure.
Harley Ryan is a professional engineer with nearly 30 years of experience delivering complex industrial, energy, and mission-critical infrastructure projects. At PrismDC, he leads operational strategy and technical execution for data center development, from feasibility through operations. Harley’s background with Schneider Electric and Ingram Micro, combined with deep expertise in power distribution, automation, and risk mitigation, helps ensure resilient, bankable projects that align technical performance with investor expectations.
Karthik Rammohan brings 14 years of experience in energy markets and trading. His career spans roles at Citigroup, Mercuria, Engie, and Freepoint Commodities, where he specialized in trading, risk management, and market fundamentals. Karthik leads PrismDC’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, applying his energy markets expertise and industry relationships to structure reliable, cost-effective power solutions.
